All sales final. Every item sold through KT Resells is final sale: no refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is materially different from what was described or shown before purchase.

Claiming an item. Items are first come, first served. Messaging us on Snapchat about a piece holds it only once payment or a firm commitment is confirmed. Browsing or asking questions doesn't reserve it.

Condition. Items are resale. Most are pre-owned or deadstock sourced secondhand. Any notable wear is disclosed before you commit to buying; ask if you're unsure.

Authenticity. We check every item before listing it, but KT Resells is an independent resale shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any brand shown on this site.

Shipping & pickup. We ship worldwide and offer local pickup. Shipping cost and timeline are confirmed with you directly before any payment is made.

Payment. Payment methods and details are arranged directly over Snapchat at the time of purchase.
